The New Town mews is a one bedroom mews with a large open plan living space (with double sofa bed) and secure private parking.

Welcoming

On your first night you’ll find a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit waiting for you, so there’s no need to do anything but settle in and enjoy. You can even order continental breakfast in advance and we’ll put it in the fridge for you.

If there’s anything you need, the owners are a phonecall away.

Contemporary

A few minutes walk from the centre of town, a wrought iron gate leading through an archway leads you into the courtyard – shared with The Sleep Centre – of this delightfully secluded mews flat, the elegant Georgian exterior belying contemporary open-plan living that should satisfy any visitor looking for a bit of modern, urban luxe.

Downstairs you’ll find respite in the king sized double bedroom and ensuite, whilst a spiral staircase leads up to the spacious living area, complete with flat screen Freeview TV, DVD, wifi and a library of books, films and music. The generous sofabed – and spacious shower room - means that parties of up to four can be comfortably accommodated.

In the kitchen you’ll find everything you could possibly need to conjure up culinary delights from ingredients raids on the local delis, which can be served up at a table for four. If you prefer to dine al fresco, take a glass of wine down to the small private patio behind the mews and stoke up the barbeque.

Getting Here

The New Town is 25 mins drive from Edinburgh Airport. Both city train stations - Waverley and Haymarket – are a 5 minute taxi ride away. If you’re bringing your car, there’s free private parking within the mews grounds. Location map.
